Daily treadmill runs: Swift ran on the treadmill every day, incorporating the setlist into her workout. She ran fast for fast songs and jogged or walked at a brisk pace for slower songs.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT): Swift incorporated HIIT workouts into her routine to improve her cardiovascular health and burn calories quickly.
