Easy Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the milk until just combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan. 

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool slightly before serving.
