PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE BARS RECIPE

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add in pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, and spices. Mix until well combined.

Pour pumpkin mixture over the graham cracker crust and smooth out the top.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and the center is set.

Let cool completely before slicing into bars and serving.
