Southern Butter Pecan Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.

LIKE SHARE AND SAVE 

Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in pecans.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Let cookies cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
