Watermelon salad with labne

This vibrant and flavorful salad combines the sweetness of watermelon with the tangy creaminess of labneh, creating a refreshing and satisfying dish perfect for summer.

Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, combine watermelon chunks, labneh, feta cheese (if using), mint, basil, red onion (if using), and pistachios. Toss gently to combine.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss again to coat.
